ANALOG 1.3 Update

Dual MIDI driver: Android MIDI Device Service driver (default) and Legacy USB driver. With the default driver in now possible connection of 2 controllers/keyboards simultaneously and the driver now supports Bluetooth MIDI connection. 432Hz Tuning option added. Octave buttons added for keyboards that doesn`t have Octave +- transpose. Click on the MIDI display to show the preferences panel.
