Ride with GPS 4.2.5 Update

With this release, we've added cycling routing preferences to the planner, so that you can choose paved, unpaved, or any surface while planning. We've also added a detail view for Offline Maps to list all your routes that are included in a given area. We've also fixed a few bugs to keep things running smoothly. Happy riding!
