Ronix Games, established in 2012, is an indie developer of mobile games, which recently released its new strategy battle game —— Lord of Castles: Takeover War.
Introduction
Personally, Lord of Castles: Takeover War is almost one of the easiest casual strategy games. Simply put, the basic rule of the game is to take over all castles in battles by taking good control of your soldiers. However, it’s not a casual game without thinking. Speed and strategy are super vital to the whole battle.
Lord of Castles: Takeover War shows its all levels with a side-scrolling action homepage, which feels like a retro style. More additional skills and designs will be added in battles with higher levels, such as forges, special powers and PVP.
Shop and IAP
In shop, there are two kinds of rewards —— Gems and Coins. Players can get them from Daily login pulls and In-app purchases. To be more specific, gems and coins are used to strengthen castles and buy power cards and royal chests.
In-app purchases of Lord of Castles: Takeover War means players can buy gems with money, which is also a cost-efficient for diehard fans. Anyway, it is not yet a pay-to-win game.

Buildings is one of the most important frontiers in the war. It is difficult to win at latter levels if you only depend on your soldiers and speed. Thus, you need to strengthen your forges and use special powers at the right time. For example, players can activate TNT, the most powerful bombs ever made, on any building which will be knocked down to level 1.

Lord of Castles: Takeover War is neither a difficult strategy game nor an intense action-filled game. You will love it if you want to relax yourself in spare time. The overall GUI might remind you of a famous title known as "Clash of Clans" which is also from the same genre but with a different gameplay model. By the way, it is also vital to think about the best way to defend in a short time.
