RecForge II 1.3.2 Update

• Fixed: a recording could end up completely empty, with no file saved. This is the main fix of this update.
• Fixed: the waveform stayed flat although the sound was fine.
• Home screen widgets are back.
• Security: another app could start recording through the widget.
