RecardQ8 is the Q8 - Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. app designed for customers who prefer a prepaid product; a secure and fast way to purchase fuel at all Q8 stores.
When registering in the app, you can enter your VAT number if you wish to use it for your company, or your tax code if you are an individual with a dedicated code.
If you have a business,
Manage your prepaid cards or create disposable payment codes to pay for your fuel, track fuel expenses, and top up your customer and driver accounts directly from the app.

The app allows you to:
* Find the nearest stores and calculate the route to best manage your fueling needs.
* View your account information to monitor your and your employees' fuel expenses at any time.
* View your cards and manage the balance of each.
* Generate payment codes for the desired amount, including their validity period.
* View transactions in real time.
* Top up your customer account by credit card, ordinary or instant Fabrick bank transfer, standard bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash at Q8 stores.
Please note that it is not possible to order new cards from the app.

How to use payment codes for fueling
The codes generated in the app can be used at any Q8 service station and at Q8easy stores, both serviced and self-service, during opening and closing hours, as long as self-service mode is active.
To dispense fuel using the generated codes, you must enter the code at the POS terminal or at the pump after selecting "use code."
Each code can only be used once.
Any remaining credit will be immediately available in your customer account so you can use it with a new code.
Using the RecardQ8 app is simple, secure, and saves you time every time you top up your account.
NB: For customers without a VAT number, please note that due to the type of transaction, topping up your account does not allow you to generate accounting documents; therefore, it is not possible to obtain a valid invoice for tax purposes.
