7. information on dangerous goods developed on the basis of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), as well as the UN codes of various goods
8. emergency numbers

11. Details concerning the state after use of alcohol and intoxication
12. information about the codes of restrictions on driving license
