For each shipment, we can automatically generate your invoices, credit notes, purchase receipts and return receipts (even if you are in the Flat Rate Scheme).
You will be able to graphically customize the documents with your company logo and define the numerical series of the documents by type of document and by country of issue.
Once the purchase has been made, Amazon customers will be able to download the pdf documents from their Amazon panel within 2 hours of shipment.
You, on the other hand, will find the documents generated in your management system (automatically with our API) to integrate accounting and warehouse.
With the PRO version of Phact Amazon, your electronic invoices and credit notes issued with an Italian VAT number will be automatically sent to the Revenue Agency and kept in accordance with the law for 10 years.
If you want to receive electronic invoices and credit notes from suppliers, remember to enter the recipient code 596NUAX in your tax drawer.
Your accountant will be able to access our online panel (Phact XML) and download all invoices (issued and received) with a single click.
If you choose the BASIC version of Phact Amazon, remember to send the generated documents to the Revenue Agency within 12 days.
FLAT SCHEME? Problem solved.
If you are on a Flat Rate Scheme, your electronic invoices and credit notes will have the nature of N2.2 exemption and RF19 regime reference. Your courtesy documents will have the mandatory wording required by law and on documents that exceed the amount of € 77.47, we will add a second wording for the 2 euro revenue stamp. Furthermore, we will summarize the total amount of stamps to pay with F24 every three months.
MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION
If you don't use Phact as your management software, you can use our APIs to connect your management system to Phact Amazon. This way you won't have to do manual work to import your documents, and you can easily integrate accounting and inventory.
If you choose the PRO version of Phact Amazon, invoices and electronic credit notes will be sent to the SDI automatically. If you choose the Basic version of Phact Amazon, remember to send the generated documents to the Revenue Agency within 12 days.

Your accountant's work becomes easier with the connection to Phact Amazon and the ability to find all documents issued in CSV, XML and PDF format.
Furthermore, Phact Amazon provides your accountant with the summary of INTRASTAT documents, the OSS summary, the summary of the daily Fees and the Quarterly Stamps to be paid with F24 for companies in the Flat Rate Scheme.
