We thank you for your valuable participation in the Navigo LAB experiment.
This experiment will end on September 30, 2019.
The service will now be available and generalized on the VIANAVIGO application of Ile-de-France Mobilités in a few days and thereafter on the RATP, TRANSDEV and SNCF applications.
Purchased securities will still be usable beyond this date.
BUY AND VALIDATE YOUR TRANSPORT SECURITIES WITH NAVIGO LAB
Île-de-France Mobilités, SNCF and RATP are experimenting with a new Navigo LAB application that allows you to buy and validate tickets in Île-de-France. The testers can buy 10 t + tickets (full price and reduced rate) and Navigo packages month and week with their smartphone.
As a first step, the tickets will only be used on the RATP and SNCF network.
The Navigo LAB application is compatible with users equipped with:
• an NFC smartphone from Android version 4.4. and an ORANGE / SOSH SIM card. The phones ONE PLUS, GOOGLE PIXEL 1 and 2 and NOKIA 8 are not compatible with the application.
• SAMSUNG GALAXY smartphone models: A5 2017, A8, S7, S7 edge, S8 / S8 +, S9 / S9 +, S10 / S10 + / S10e, no matter the mobile operator.
SOME RULES AS A TESTER OF THE APPLICATION
The beta test phase is essential to the final quality of the Navigo LAB application. At this point, please do not communicate on social networks. You can share your experience through the form in the "customer service" application
To participate in this experiment, no special technical skills are required. Here are some keys to make a good feedback:
• Be factual and precise in your comments while always being constructive
• Describe precisely the problems encountered (difficulties of use, bugs, etc.)
• Feel free to take screenshots

Il est désormais possible d’utiliser Navigo LAB avec un smartphone SAMSUNG GALAXY des modèles : A5 2017, A8, S7,S7 edge, S8 / S8+, S9 / S9+, S10/ S10+/S10e , Note8, Note9, A70, peu importe l’opérateur mobile.
Suite à vos retours, nous avons effectué des améliorations techniques sur l’application.
