We also added more information about costs to expect for out-of-network provider care. Click the ‘i’ tooltip on the first result page for more information. If a user searches for a provider outside their policy’s networks, they’ll see an ‘out of network coverage’ button.

What's New:
We updated the app to improve the user experience and zapped some bugs. Some users saw a ‘Something went wrong’ screen after doing many searches in a row or clicking the search bar without typing. We fixed both of these bugs. Back-button routing was’t working if a user submitted feedback to Surest. We ensured users could return to the provider list after submitting feedback.
