You're walking home.
Your mum slips getting out of the bath.
Your son breaks down on a country road.
A lone worker feels unsafe.
In every one of those moments, the people who love them want to help.
The problem is they don't know.
My SOS Family helps the people you trust know when something's wrong, where you are, and who is already helping.
NOT A CALL CENTRE. NOT A STRANGER. YOUR PEOPLE.
When you need help, My SOS Family alerts the people who actually know you by phone call, text message, email and app notification, all at the same time.
Not a message they might not see for hours.
Not a monitoring centre staffed by someone who doesn't know your name.
A phone call. To your daughter. Your neighbour. Your best friend.
They don't need to download anything. They just need to pick up.
THE ONLY CHAT BUILT AROUND YOUR SAFETY
Every chat app was built for convenience. My SOS Family Chat was built for the people you trust most., in a private space that protects them as much as it connects them.
Private messages and groups — only seen by who you choose.
Your live location shared only when you want, only with who you choose.
Messages automatically deleted. Nothing stored. Nothing left behind.
A chat that disappears when you're ready. A connection that doesn't.
THE FEATURE A CUSTOMER CALLED HER "CHECK I'M NOT DEAD" BUTTON
Before a bath. A walk after dark. Travelling alone. A medical appointment.
Set a countdown.
If everything's fine, cancel it in seconds.
If you can't, My SOS Family automatically alerts your trusted contacts with your location and message.
Because sometimes the emergency isn't that you forgot.
It's that you couldn't.
ONE TAP. HANDS-FREE. EVEN WITHOUT SIGNAL.
Works with Siri and Alexa — activate your alert without touching your phone.
Works from a landline — your contacts don't need a smartphone.
WHEN EVERYONE WANTS TO HELP
The first problem is letting your people know.
The second is stopping the confusion.
Who's calling?
Who's driving?
Who has your location?
Who's already with you?
My SOS Family helps your trusted people co-ordinate, so they can spend less time working things out and more time helping you.
WHO MY SOS FAMILY IS FOR
You don't fit one category. Neither does this app.
The parent whose adult child lives across the country and wonders if they're okay.
The adult child who looks at their parent and quietly worries.
The person who lives alone and loves it — but sometimes the silence is a little too complete.
The woman who walks home at night and sends "I'm leaving" — and the people waiting for "I'm home."
The lone worker who drives between sites and nobody checks in.
The older person who wants independence, not surveillance.
The traveller who wants family to know they're okay, wherever they are.
My SOS Family isn't for people who are afraid. It's for people who are prepared.
YOUR PRIVACY. ALWAYS.
You decide when your location is shared and who can see it.
Chat messages are automatically deleted. Nothing stored beyond what's needed. Nobody watching. Nobody tracking. You control who knows what — always.
