MyArea is the mobile solution from SD Worx Italy that allows you to always have the services for advanced management of the dialogue between employees and personnel administration at your fingertips.
The app can only be used by users authorised by their personnel office for the services designed for their employees.
MyArea is an application that allows employees to stay connected even remotely with their company, it is in fact very easy to manage attendance, requests for leave and/or vacation, access company information and personal documents from your smartphone.
It is possible to access your timecard and the process of requesting and approving attendance/absences, for companies that have enabled it it will also be possible to virtually punch the timecard.
From your mobile device, each employee will be able to view their personal data and documents.
For the data part, the main personal information is available, including payment data, salary data and a summary of the status of holidays and permits.
For the documentary part, pay slips, CU, certificates and all other personal and company documents that the company decides to make available are available. The organization of documents by year, month and category makes navigation and consultation of your data simple and immediate.
