mObywatel 4.78.0 (5845) Update

We have implemented new features:
- Block a document – we have expanded the service to include the option of blocking your driving licence. You can also unblock it and check the status of your document.
- We have introduced new documents in mObywatel Junior. From now on, your child can add the UUT ID Card or the Disabled ID Card.
