MobileSheetsFree 3.9.39 (Build 638) Update

- Added support for Nextcloud. A generic webDAV option will be added in a future update
- Rearchitected all of the code related to accessing cloud services and other types of external storage.
- The new architecture will make it faster and easier to add new options going forward such as sftp and smb3 for network shares.
- Fixed bug with ABC files that could cause them to fail to load in some situations.
