Plug you phone in to your computer. Swipe the top of you phone screen down. Enable USB file transfer.
Copy file "/ServiceBook/ReturnVisitDB.db3" to folder "/Android/data/kcwebapps.SrvBook/files".
Remove the old folder "/ServiceBook". And disable USB file transfer.
