Torn PDAは、Torn City（www.torn.com）のプレイヤーアシスタントとして開発されました。
Torn PDAは、モバイルプラットフォームからTornをプレイする際の体験を向上させるために考案され、YATAなどの既存のアプリケーションから大きな影響を受けています。
* プロフィールページには、お気に入りのセクションへのショートカット、基本ステータスデータへのアクセス、最近のイベント、クールダウン、純資産計算が表示されます。また、手動で通知を有効化することで、エネルギーや神経を無駄にすることなく、クールダウンの期限を見逃すこともありません。
* 旅行状況を確認し、到着直前に通知やアラームを設定できます。もう海外で忘れて強盗に遭う心配はありません。また、職場やその他の公共の場でも安全に使用できるように、表示される通知を設定できます。
* 旅行セクションで海外の株式を直接確認できます。アイテムの容量に基づいた利益など、都合に合わせてアイテムをフィルタリングおよび並べ替えることができます。さらに、アプリ内ブラウザを使用することで、株式データを共有データベースに自動的に送信することで貢献できます。
