L'app ufficiale Tyne and Wear Metro ti consente di spostarti più facilmente a Tyne and Wear in metropolitana. L'app Tyne and Wear Metro è stata aggiornata per aiutare i clienti a identificare i tempi più tranquilli su Metro, consentendo loro di prendere decisioni informate su quando viaggiare, per coloro che hanno la possibilità di scegliere. Le modifiche consentono agli utenti dell'app di visualizzare una valutazione di quanto sono occupati i treni da una stazione e consentono loro di fornire la propria valutazione di quanto fosse occupato il loro treno. Se non sono state effettuate valutazioni in tempo reale, viene visualizzata una valutazione media delle settimane precedenti.
Per accedere alle informazioni, vai al menu principale dell ' app Tyne and Wear Metro , seleziona "Altro", quindi vedrai l'opzione "Quanto è trafficata la metropolitana". Da qui è possibile visualizzare i dati ricevuti per ogni stazione e inviare anche la propria valutazione personale
