Offriamo l'opportunità di controllare le multe per parcheggio su uno smartphone in quasi tutta l'Ucraina: Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Novovolynsk, Volodymyr-Volynskyi, nonché di pagare manualmente i regolamenti dalle ispezioni di altre città.
Il servizio è stato creato per il controllo rapido online e il pagamento delle multe stradali, il pagamento delle multe per violazione delle regole di parcheggio, il monitoraggio dello stato delle multe dopo il pagamento, l'archiviazione delle ricevute e l'acquisto di polizze civili automobilistiche elettroniche (OSTCPV) e carte verdi. Dopo aver pagato la multa, ti informeremo sullo stato del suo rimborso nel database delle violazioni se nel registro è presente una risoluzione. Inoltre, garantiamo il rimborso delle multe pagate in tempo.
La sincronizzazione con il Registro degli illeciti amministrativi è fornita da SE "INFOTECH" sulla base di un accordo di scambio di informazioni con il MIA: Data. Questo sistema viene utilizzato in un ambiente informativo unificato per la trasmissione istantanea dei dati sul pagamento di multe per violazioni amministrative nel campo della sicurezza stradale (https://infotech.gov.ua/projects/mia-data).
L'applicazione ti aiuterà a sbarazzarti delle ricevute cartacee, delle visite in banca per pagare multe e debiti, nonché della ricerca di conferme del pagamento di multe, debiti e della polizza stessa: saranno sempre archiviati nel tuo smartphone.
Emettere polizze per la tua auto è molto conveniente: tramite targa in pochi minuti.
⚠️Secondo il codice della strada dell'Ucraina
(clausola 2.1 e) il conducente di un veicolo meccanico deve avere con sé un contratto elettronico interno valido del tipo specificato di assicurazione obbligatoria sotto forma visiva di una polizza assicurativa (su supporto elettronico o cartaceo), le cui informazioni sono confermate dalle informazioni contenute in un unico database centralizzato, il cui operatore è l'Ufficio delle assicurazioni automobilistiche (trasporti) dell'Ucraina.
Secondo il decreto della Commissione nazionale per la regolamentazione statale nel campo dei mercati dei servizi finanziari n. 3631 del 07.02.2018, i contratti autocivilka (OSCPV) possono essere conclusi in formato elettronico.
👮♂️In caso di controllo da parte delle pattuglie di polizia, ti basterà utilizzare la sezione "Autocivilka" dell'applicazione UA Fines per confermare il numero e il periodo di validità del tuo contratto elettronico di autocivilka o fornire una forma visiva della tua polizza sotto forma di PDF. La carta verde deve essere stampata in anticipo, prima di attraversare il confine.
Paga puntualmente le multe e ricordati di guidare con prudenza.
