We offer local service such as:
Delivery and setup of a tiny home on a client site
Onsite Setup features such as Satellite TV, internet connectivity
Regular security checks via daily/nightly checks, as well as CCTV monitoring with built in camera in units.
Vacuum septic system, top off potable water, check propane and replace
Stock up food beverage in rental units
Clean rental units after each guest
Change linens, towels, disposables

We deliver and setup the tiny home In your driveway, or in the grass on the side of your house, or around back in the yard.
Ideally we need to connect to an existing outdoor 110v power connection, or better still we will install at our cost a simply stove type 30-50-amp outlet on wall on side of garage tied into your exiting panel, so we can plug in the RV 30-50 amp dryer style pig tail
In the states that do not experience freezing weather in the winter, a typical existing water faucet access is ideal
In states that do freeze, we may provide a shallow trench for insulated water lines, with the same heated wrap used on hoses in most any RV park, uses less power than a light bulb and keeps the water line above freezing all winter.
We offer home owners a guaranteed income of $500* per month and that is after we cover your tiny home lease payments. The guaranteed income is for the rental of space for placement of the tiny home (RV style, tagged, tow-able), connection to existing water and electric, and we pay for the install of a 30-50-amp plug.
All servicing of the rental process and the RV, Tiny Home, is handled by us at no charge to you.
Additionally, revenue sharing models are available that may earn you significantly more per month in major urban markets.
Lease a tiny home as above, but with no guaranteed. Instead, opt for the revenue sharing model, and earn as much as $800 per month from rental based on an average of $50-$60 rental rates for short term rentals.
