This release we’ve improved the functionality to book an appointment if you lost your bike. If you lost your bike you can report it in the app, enter the information we need, book an appointment to get a new bike and receive an email with info about the applicable surcharge. Next to that we have updated the way you can change the address where you want to meet during your appointment and we did some bug fixes.

What's New:
We will be testing a new flow to get help. Whether you want to get help with a problem with your bike and request a repair, report a missing bike or lost keys, cancel your subscription or get help with something else, there’s one button now to lead you further. Next to that we’ve added ebike specific items into the repair flow for our ebike members and we did a couple of bug fixes as usual.
