L'app unica estende in maniera conveniente le proprie soluzioni strategiche di acquisto e sourcing di SAP Ariba sul proprio dispositivo mobile.
Con l'app per dispositivi mobili SAP Ariba Procurement è possibile:
• Monitorare, gestire e ricevere notifiche su attività di sourcing e contratto
• Ordinare articoli dal catalogo interno della propria organizzazione o richiedere articoli non in catalogo laddove i propri articoli non fossero sufficienti
• Ordinare articoli per conto di un altro utente
• Restare informati sulle richieste d'acquisto assegnate e approvarle
• Visualizzare ordini d'acquisto e confermare entrate merci per ordini basati sulle quantità
• Accedere all'app mediante single sign-on (SSO) con autenticazione aziendale
Nota: Per poter utilizzare l'app, è necessario essere un utente attivo di almeno una delle seguenti soluzioni SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Sourcing o SAP Ariba Contracts. Inoltre, occorre appartenere anche al gruppo utenti SAP Ariba.
