Aggiornamento Pinball Map 5.3.14

- Bug fix: scrollbar issue on location details screen.
- Remove IPDB links on machine details screen (too many missing machines; not getting updated), and replace with Kineticist links (contains a host of useful info and links).
- Slight improvement to app startup time.
