L'app NotAlone è un servizio di aiuto sociale con l'obiettivo principale è quello di cercare il modo migliore per l'utente di trovare l'aiuto emotivo necessario.
Il percorso verso la felicità potrebbe non essere facile, ma è unicamente tuo e noi esistiamo per essere una mano nel tuo cammino. Gli utenti dell'app NOTALONE possono scegliere di entrare a far parte della community interattiva online di colleghi della nostra chat in cui possono condividere esperienze e capacità di coping e conoscere le esperienze e le capacità di coping degli altri.
Unirsi a un gruppo di chat consente alle persone di connettersi autenticamente tra loro e invita il potenziale a trovare una connessione uno a uno. Se l'interazione peer to peer non è ciò che si cerca, NOTALONE offre anche una piattaforma in cui gli utenti possono porre domande e ricevere risposte predefinite ponderate e basate su un'esperienza ventennale di psicologia clinica consolidata.
Le domande più comuni sulla solitudine, la depressione, la sofferenza emotiva e l'ansia vengono affrontate in questo spazio e agli utenti viene data l'opportunità di riflettere e elaborare questa visione.
Infine, NOTALONE consente agli utenti di registrare ricordi emo, auto-registrazioni audio che documentano lo stato emotivo dell'utente dell'app in tempo reale. Prendere nota del proprio stato emotivo consente di mappare la propria crescita nel tempo. Riflettendo sulla crescita, vengono celebrati i successi (sia grandi che piccoli), viene coltivata la compassione e incoraggiata la guarigione.
