• Pianificare e gestire gli appuntamenti, comprese le visite di persona e le visite video.
• Ottenere preventivi per il costo delle cure.
• Visualizza e paga le tue spese mediche.
• Condividi in modo sicuro la tua cartella clinica da qualsiasi luogo con chiunque abbia accesso a Internet.

Per accedere a MyChart, devi creare un account con la tua organizzazione sanitaria. Per creare un account, scarica l'app e cerca la tua organizzazione sanitaria o vai al sito Web MyChart della tua organizzazione sanitaria. Dopo esserti registrato, attiva l'autenticazione tramite impronta digitale o imposta un passcode a quattro cifre per accedere rapidamente senza dover utilizzare il nome utente e la password MyChart ogni volta.

Vietnamese is now an available language. The minimum OS version required to update MyChart has been increased to Android 11. You can now receive offers for earlier surgical cases in the visits activity. You can now use passkeys to log into MyChart Mobile. These features might become available to you after your healthcare organization starts using the latest version of Epic.
