Non c'è bisogno di toccare il telefono! La funzione "comando vocale" consente agli utenti di creare rapidamente note utilizzando la voce. Il testo viene trascritto automaticamente nell'app e può quindi essere modificato manualmente secondo necessità.
Al primo utilizzo, l'utente deve solo inserire l'ID dell'azienda o scansionare il codice a barre. Le informazioni possono quindi essere memorizzate e gli consentiranno di connettersi rapidamente per segnalare un problema.
L'utente può allegare alla nota foto, un video o anche una registrazione audio, consentendo l'esatta descrizione del problema in maniera chiara ed esauriente per eliminare ogni ambiguità o rischio di errore.
L'utente può anche scrivere le note manualmente senza utilizzare la funzione di comando vocale.
Una volta che la nota è stata inviata dall'utente, il gestore della flotta riceverà un avviso in tempo reale con tutti i dettagli del problema, consentendogli di essere proattivo e di agire rapidamente nella sua pianificazione.
Una volta elaborata la nota, se l'utente ha attivato la richiesta di follow-up, verrà automaticamente avvisato dello stato della sua richiesta. Questo feedback gli assicura che la sua richiesta è stata soddisfatta.
