If you are upgrading to this release, the application database folder has changed.
Plug you phone in to your computer. Swipe the top of you phone screen down. Enable USB file transfer.
Copy file "/ServiceBook/ReturnVisitDB.db3" to folder "/Android/data/kcwebapps.SrvBook/files".
Remove the old folder "/ServiceBook". And disable USB file transfer.
