Aggiornamento MeasureOn 1.14.0

Accidentally deleted projects or workspaces can now be restored via the recycle bin on the home screen.
The home screen has been updated for better usability. Users of our web app can also see the synchronization status even more clearly.
The app now requires Android 10 or later.
