Description
Use L.A. Care Connect to connect to your Medi-Cal, L.A. Care Covered, PASC-SEIU Plan, or Cal MediConnect health plan. You can request a new ID card, change your doctor or check your health plan benefits and coverage information.
Sign in to L.A. Care Connect today to stay connected to your health care information.
FEATURES
VIEW YOUR BENEFITS AND COVERAGE INFORMATION
Until you experience it, you may never have realized how helpful it is to have your benefits and coverage information right at your fingertips.
VIEW YOUR MEMBER ID CARD
View the front and back information on your ID card whenever you need to. Share the card information with your provider or whoever requires it at the time.
ACCESS MEMBER SERVICES
The Member Services area lets you request an ID card, change your doctor, update your contact information or ask L.A. Care a question.
VIEW CLAIMS
Access new, pending and closed claims. This feature is only available for members who receive claims.
SECURITY
You must always sign in with your username and password to access features. Without that information, no one can reach your personal data. It is safe and secure.
CAN’T ACCESS FEATURES?
You must sign in to access features. Only members of L.A. Care Health Plan are allowed to sign in and use the application.
