L'app Humanity Schedule mette il potere della pianificazione nelle mani dei dipendenti in prima linea. Accedi facilmente a pianificazioni e turni dal tuo dispositivo mobile, ovunque e in qualsiasi momento tu lavori.
I dipendenti possono timbrare l'ingresso/l'uscita, scambiare turni, richiedere la copertura, riprendere i turni aperti, gestire la disponibilità e inviare richieste di ferie, con notifiche istantanee e promemoria turni.
I manager possono accedere alle pianificazioni del personale, approvare/rifiutare le richieste dei dipendenti, monitorarne lo stato e comunicare direttamente con i membri del team tramite l'app.
L'accesso ad alcune funzionalità può variare in base alle impostazioni e alle autorizzazioni di amministrazione dell'azienda.
