GreatFreedom CM-11.0 Theme

This is my contribution to celebrate the new theme engine.

I have chosen to have this theme as an open source project, the
source code can be used as a template, source code is available here

GreatFreedom is a theme that is stylishly designed with solid colors,
I tried to keep it as close to stock CM as possible apart from the icons.

For those who want the theme Great Freedom with boot animation, there are 2 versions now, Note: just install on newer devices that have at least 512 mb of RAM memory

Aggiornamento GreatFreedom CM-11.0 Theme 1.8

* a minor fix for the lockscreen wallpaper
* I removed the Lato condensed font, The condensed Lato Font is under a commercial license which belongs to Cyanogen, Inc. and not open source
* I removed the bootanimation, it's difficult to build a bootanimation which fit to all phones, I had to much complains about bootloops etc..
