Se si riceve un messaggio che non si è connessi a Internet, spegnere il wifi e usare l'app sul servizio di telefonia cellulare. Poi girare WiFi spalle, e si dovrebbe essere in grado di lavorare fuori o di rete. Il problema sembra essere un conflitto tra l'applicazione e l'aggiornamento del sistema operativo Android. Stiamo lavorando su un aggiornamento per l'applicazione, ma richiede una ricostruzione da zero.
Se si ottiene un nuovo telefono, è necessario eliminare il vecchio e collegare il nuovo (le notifiche vengono inviate basato sul token ID telefono, non il numero di telefono).
