L'app AnthroCalc calcola percentili e punteggi Z per lunghezza/altezza, peso, rapporto peso/lunghezza/altezza, indice di massa corporea e circonferenza cranica per bambini con crescita normale (utilizzando i riferimenti dell'OMS o del CDC); per bambini con diverse sindromi (Turner, Down, Prader-Willi, Russell-Silver e Noonan); e per neonati pretermine (utilizzando i riferimenti di Fenton 2013 e 2025, INTERGROWTH-21st o Olsen). L'app esegue anche calcoli specifici della pressione sanguigna (utilizzando i riferimenti di NIH 2004 o AAP 2017), misure di obesità estesa, circonferenza vita, circonferenza braccio, tricipiti e pliche cutanee sottoscapolari, altezza target (medio-parentale), altezza prevista da adulto e velocità di crescita per bambini sani. Sono fornite citazioni per ciascun intervallo di riferimento utilizzato per i calcoli. I dati specifici del paziente, ricavati dai grafici di crescita dell'OMS e del CDC, possono essere memorizzati sul dispositivo per essere recuperati in un secondo momento.
