3D PDF Viewer è un visualizzatore di documenti PDF 3D leggero con potenti funzionalità. 3D PDF Viewer estende l'uso del PDF 3D ai dispositivi mobili fornendo all'utente la possibilità di visualizzare e interagire con i modelli 3D archiviati in file PDF 3D. L'utente può facilmente eseguire lo zoom, la panoramica e la rotazione del modello 3D con gesti multi-touch. L'applicazione riconosce l'estensione del file .pdf e l'utente può scegliere di caricare i file .pdf direttamente in questa applicazione.
NOTA: il contenuto 3D nei file PDF può essere rappresentato in due modi diversi a. U3D, b. PRC. U3D è un formato legacy e PRC lo sostituisce. L'app 3D PDF Viewer supporta solo il formato PRC.
Due esempi di PDF 3D sono forniti in bundle con l'applicazione.
La versione attuale di 3D PDF Viewer contiene le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Rendering del modello 3D PDF (file prc)
- Gesti multi-touch come zoom, panoramica, rotazione e adattamento allo schermo
- Supporta maglie e colori.
