NOTA: per abilitare questa applicazione il tuo datore di lavoro deve disporre di Unit4 ERP o Unit4 Viaggi e spese.
Unit4 Expenses è un semplice tracker per le spese aziendali. Ti consente di monitorare qualsiasi tipo di spesa e chilometraggio. Basta scattare una foto di tutte le ricevute applicabili e le tue spese verranno create automaticamente per la tua nota spese, in base ai risultati del Servizio di riconoscimento ricevute Unit4 (URRS). Le tue spese e il chilometraggio registrato con l'app Spese vengono automaticamente sincronizzati con il back-end Unit4.
Cattura le spese sul tuo iPhone e caricale sui back-end supportati:
- Versioni supportate da Unit4 ERP
- Unit4 Travel & Expenses 7.10.100 o successiva per la creazione automatica delle spese tramite il servizio di riconoscimento ricevute Unit4 (URRS)
Caratteristiche
- Tieni traccia del chilometraggio utilizzando il GPS
- Inserisci il percorso manualmente
- Aggiungi foto delle tue ricevute
- Creazione automatica delle spese da ricevute tramite il Servizio di Riconoscimento Ricevute Unit4 (URRS)
- Le spese vengono sincronizzate con il back-end in modo asincrono in background
