Hungry hippopotamus is a tabletop game made for two to four players. This is one of the best hippo games for kids. The main purpose of this game is to collect the Candies from the board using Hippo. The game board is surrounded by four mechanics, colorful, plastic hippopotamuses. When the Eat Button is pressed, the happy hippo king opens its mouth and extends its head forwards on a telescopic neck. When the lever is released, the head comes down and retracts. Colored candies are dispensed into the board by each player, and the players repeatedly press the button on their hippo in order to have it "eat" the candies, which travel down from under the hippo into a small scoring area for each player. Once all candies have been captured, the player who has collected the most is the winner. This is one of the best games for grown ups too.
