[New]- Users can now select entire locations or individual positions when starting a new conversation, enabling faster recipient selection and bulk messaging.
- Shift acknowledgement status is now visible in Grid, actionable in Shift Details, and pending acknowledgements appear in the Dashboard widget.
- The selected calendar day is now automatically set as the Start Date when creating a new shift.
