Health Through Breath uses musical audio cues to guide your breathing. Once you have become comfortable with the app you may simply switch off the screen and focus on your breathing using our effective audio cues which will naturally guide you. There are several styles of music to chose from. We recommend that you use the same style of music for a particular activity, so with practice the app will become more effective.
