Aside from core features like the occupation system of chefs, waiters, cashiers and greeters, there are also dish R&D, grocery shopping, recruitment, staff management, props, decoration and expansion. Different staff have varied abilities. You can adjust their positions based on strengths after recruiting from the Talent Market.
Staff need to be paid daily. If underpaid, their loyalty decreases until they quit someday! So share the wealth when business is good.
Grocery Shopping:
The restaurant doesn't magically churn out food. Check the Food Market's inventory and price fluctuations regularly. Stock up on ingredients like rice, vegetables, meats, seafood, soup, dumplings,noodles, desserts, drinks, etc.
Dish R&D:
Ordinary dishes make less money, so you need to constantly break through and develop new dishes that will satisfy customers and provide you with more substantial returns. You can decide on the development sequence.
Report charts:
With data like income, expenses, net profits, payroll, customer number etc displayed in charts, you gain clarity to plan ahead.
Props:
The Props Shop offers very useful props. Giving work-enhancing gifts boosts staff productivity. Props are usually pricey but well worth it!
Prop Crafting:
Many nice props come from the Props Shop, but rarer and more powerful ones come from crafting. Each prop has a purpose in crafting. Ultimate props for occupations can greatly improve staff capabilities.
