Information note on reservations
GOXGO informs that the booking service through the application only guarantees the insertion of the request in the ride management system.
Therefore, the booked ride will only take place a few minutes before the scheduled time and will have absolute priority over all other requests being managed at the moment.
Nonetheless, the assignment of the race will be subject to the availability of the cars in service without any guarantee on the successful completion of the request.
