🐛 Bug fix: IV infusion calculator now correctly computes drip rates for fentanyl and other mcg-based drugs when concentration is entered manually. Previously, manually typing a concentration in mcg/mL (e.g., 1 mcg/mL for a 250 mcg in 250 mL bag) was incorrectly treated as mg/mL, resulting in a drip rate of 0.0 drops/min.
