USING THE APPLICATION AND THE READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR
Alerts only work on the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or phone (not both). If you want to receive alerts on your phone, you need to activate the sensor with the app. If you want to receive alerts on the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader, you must activate the sensor on the reader. When the sensor is activated with the reading device, you can also scan the sensor with your phone.
Remember that the application and the reading device do not share information with each other. If you want detailed information for the device, scan the sensor every 8 hours with that device. Otherwise, the reports will not contain all the information. You can download and display information about all your devices on LibreView.com.
