Sobre AhoTTS
AhoTTS es un TTS (sistema de conversión de texto a voz o Text-to-Speech) desarrollado por el grupo de investigación Aholab de la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU). AhoTTS se instala como un motor de síntesis del sistema Android y puede ser utilizado por cualquier aplicación para leer los textos de la pantalla con voces sintéticas de alta calidad, tanto en euskera como en castellano.
AhoTTS se entrega con un interfaz de usuario desde el cual se puede introducir y sintetizar texto fácilmente. Además incluye funciones avanzadas como accesos directos a las frases más habituales y una memoria de frases sintetizadas.
Para utilizar AhoTTS como sintetizador predeterminado en tu dispositivo Android ve a Ajustes > Idioma e introducción de texto > Síntesis de voz y selecciona AhoTTS. En esta pantalla puedes seleccionar el idioma y la velocidad de la voz que se utilizará por defecto. Seleccionando los ajustes del motor de síntesis podrás oir y descargar diferentes voces para los idiomas soportados. Si tienes una voz personalizada de AhoMyTTS podrás utilizarla en tu dispositivo.

Las voces sintéticas se han desarrollado con la ayuda del Gobierno Vasco.
