OBJECTIVE
You’ll be prompted regularly to set a goal, whether it’s a time, a distance to cover, or calories to burn. To help you achieve these goals, Kinomap offers a variety of exercise options.
PRACTICAL
Free sessions to get started quickly, with or without a specific goal.
Guided sessions to help you reach your goals based on the different categories available.
You can now create your own interval session!
This session is designed based on the principle of alternating between intense and moderate effort.
To do this, select a warm-up, then set the duration of each work and rest phase, as well as the number of repetitions that will make up your session.
PERFORMANCE
You can view your history and performance data at any time in your profile on the Kinomap app.

Our app uses a background service to ensure an uninterrupted workout experience. This means that even when you’re not actively using the app, it remains active in the background, maintaining constant, real-time communication with your fitness equipment.
