Hi, every morning we want to eat something delicious but also healthy. For example every morning we drink a glass of milk because we need calcium. - Now you have to add in a large bowl the following ingredients: tomato sauce, dried thyme, sage, red paprika, green onion, salt and pepper. Mix well;
- Turn the stove, place a pan over low heat, add oil in the pan and then two eggs;
- Next you need to add water to boil eggs;
- After boiling the eggs will have to sit on a plate;
- Clean the eggshell;
- Then you will have to fry the eggs;
- Seasoned as you want;
- The eggs look great, you are a very good cook.
