What's New:
The audio player:
- now allows users to set the playing speed to any percentage of the original speed or reset it to 100%.
- is now available for non-dance items as well as dances on the lists.
- will continue to play when the user moves from the dance details screen back to the list screen and will also keep playing even if you exit but not close the app.
For users who 'lost' lists when they converted to the current version of the app, it will migrate available lists to the new version.

Reordering dances on list changed to lightly touching on right icon (up and down arrows) on a dance tile and sliding up/down.
Special item (Extra or Alternate. dance) can be assigned to/removed from a dance by long pressing on the dance tile.
Multiple lists on device can be deleted at the same time. Also from Shared Storage.
Several intermissions(intervals/breaks) can be added to a dance list.
System retains assigned numbers/list name for lists on Sharing Storage.

Thanks to the new API provided by Anselm Lingnau, more information is downloaded from SCDDB lists making the download of lesson plans more complete.
Lists created on a device can now be shared with other users by saving the list to 'sharing storage'. Any user can be sent the id number of this list and will be able to download it to their device. There is no limit on the number of lists that can save in 'sharing storage'
