Fix problem of the DIY command "Heat to a Temperature".

Fix display issues of app on Android 7 phones.

Fix of connectivity issue with Android 6.0.1. Android 6.0 caused the BT connectivity of Smart Cooker app not compatible to Instant Pot Smart60 model. Android 6.0.1 provided fix but also required the app to make corresponding changes to be more rebust to connection conditions.

Fix a bug that Pause command was not able to save the sound selection.

Enhance connectivity to Moto G/X product, Nexus phones, and phones that have Android 6.0.1 or higher.

Setting Android hardware telephony to False so that tablet without telephone can still use the app.

Making the app available to more tablets
