They've made some changes in Marshmallow so now the method I was using to by pass SELinux without disabling it is not working anymore. Till I find another method the only way to make my application work is by disabling SELinux.
Add-on to detect various S Pen related events:

-Attach/Detach detection.
-Keyboard Switch.
-Disable Touchscreen and Touch keys when the S Pen is detached.
-Long press to take a Screenshot.
-Crop the screenshots taken.
In App Purchases:
-Respond to Single/Double/Long Press of the S Pen button via Note Buddy/Tasker.
-Edit/Annotate the screenshots taken.
