Canvas 8.7.0 Update

- Customizable Dashboard for Learners is available if the feature flag is enabled.
- Users can now scan physical documents directly from file upload screens using the device camera, with multi-page scanning, auto-crop, and PDF generation.
- Fixed an issue where users were logged out when accessing pages with embedded LTI content that failed to authenticate.
