O parkrun é um evento comunitário gratuito onde você pode caminhar, correr, fazer jogging, ser voluntário ou assistir.
O parkrun tem 5 km e acontece todos os sábados de manhã. O parkrun júnior tem 2 km e é dedicado a crianças de 4 a 14 anos e suas famílias, todos os domingos de manhã.
O parkrun é positivo, acolhedor e inclusivo. Não há limite de tempo e ninguém fica em último lugar, pois cada evento tem um voluntário que fecha a prova. Todos são bem-vindos.

Voluntariado:
Todas as parkruns são realizadas por voluntários, por isso facilitamos o voluntariado. Basta escolher um evento, visualizar a lista de funções disponíveis e enviar rapidamente um e-mail para o organizador do evento para se inscrever ou obter mais informações.
