What binaural beats actually are
They are simply two slightly different tones playing one per ear, and your brain hears a third beat, the difference between them. Hold that difference steady and your brainwaves tend to settle into it. A steady sound on a noisy room makes sudden noises stop standing out. A steady pulse can do the same inside your head, giving a busy mind one even thing to follow. Because each ear must hear a different tone, binaural beats need headphones. How to use it
