You can take part in the challenge at School, in the Park or even in the Garden. You can complete the challenge on your own, with a friend, parents or even as part of your football teams training sessions. The Challenge has been designed so you can track your progress through the active soccer levels whilst you achieve a Bronze, Silver or Gold award.
There is also an active 'Tip' of the day to help you improve your game, healthy eating and approach to Sport.
